• Through chromecast. TV has it built in. Get on google chrome on your MacBook and click on the little icon in the top right for chrome cast and you could choose your tv. There's a "mirror screen" option or a "mirror tab" option. The mirror screen option will allow you to mirror anything from your computer to TV.

• You can do so by connecting the TV and MacBook through an HDMI cable and converter. To stream content with no cables you would need an apple TV device.
