• When I bought my Vizio from Bust Buy they delivered the TV, put the feet on it and set it up on the stand and programmed the remote for Vizio, it was set up for an LG.

• interesting... it was a miserable experience...the deliverers showed up late, smelling of alcohol...oh and they wouldn't set it up since it was in the truck in the cold...if you turn it on it would damage the product.

• My experience is that they will not assist in any form of set up unless they are paid in advance of the delivery.
