• Technically, no because it doesn't have any built in apps. However, it has a built in chromecast so you can display Netflix, Youtube, Hulu, Etc... directly from your phone's screen to your TV wirelessly.

• Yes it is, tho you need to download all the apps into your phone in order to make it work since the tv doesn't have any apps itself
