• One way you might be able to check is on the phone app. Go to Settings > System > System information > Display Information > Then you should be able to find the current Resolution and Vertical Frequency and HDR.

• To find what resolution you are receiving when casting you would need to use the SmartCast App and go into the display settings. Under System Information you will see the resolution.
