• If you are watching satellite tv you have to change the settings from the box. Not the tv

• Display such as this one can only show the resolution that the source device is sending to the Display. This means that if you are watching content filmed in 720p and being broadcast in 720p the display will show 720p. The resolution being shown will be greater than 720p as our 4K display's use a spatial scaling engine that up-scales all 720p and 1080p content. Since the content is actually being sent at 720p that is the resolution the display will show in the information.
