“I plugged in my Xbox One X into HDMI-4 (Best) but it does not display higher than 480p. I plug it into HDMI-2 (Best) it displays in 4K. What gives?”

• I'd contact Vizio about that because I'm having a similar issue. I have an Xbox One, but my tv only goes up to 1080p. I'm pretty sure the One is 4K compatible, though.
