You have to subscribe to them. The TV allows you to access the services from the smart menu, so it eliminates the need for a roku or other streaming device.

We are subscribers of Disney+ and Prime video at present. These do require a monthly fee to watch and you can cancel at any time. Local stations are also built in and are free of course. hope this answers your question.
