Check and make sure you have the latest update. Check your settings and disable ECO mode under the Power Mode setting. If that fails to remedy, do a factory reset, then download the newest firmware again. If problem persists, exchange the unit, or call for warranty service.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think it's a bug. Sometimes I have to unplug mine because it won't turn on. It won't acknowledge any inputs from the remote or physically pressing the power button. It even disappears from my network when this is happening.
