Vizio has an FAQ here: https://support.vizio.com/s/article/Xboz-Series-X-Series-S-FAQ?language=en_US on what ports to use to use the Series X at maximum performance (also try HDMI 1 if you have issues with the ports they list).

Please try again later.While in the last few months the LG OLED has received a bunch of patches adding new features and smoother experiences, the Vizio OLED still cannot reliably utilize all of the features of the Xbox Series X. 120hz mode still has a myriad of glitches making it impractical to use with Xbox, and 120hz dolby vision doesn't even seem to be on the horizon.
