I have the same thing and had Best Buy over and the panel is gone. No replacement panels available from Vizio. He had the same problem at another stop that day. I am now going to have to buy another tv and it will not be a Vizio. The bottom half is white the top half is the picture but was told eventually it would all be gone. Sorry that my warranty was over in Dec. 2022. I think the TV should be replaced free of charge but honestly I think of these TV's at this price range have become "throw aways" but not going to spend over a thousand for a tv.
