“Why isn't open-box available for delivery? I found this TV and badly want to purchase the open-box option, but it is only available for in-store pickup. Best buy is really losing out by not being more flexible. I'd buy it today if they were willing to deliver. Why offer free delivery as a special offer when it's not actually available for this TV?”

The screen is so delicate that it's not easy to deliver open boxes. I bought mine at the store and I would recommend not buying the open box as you don't know what will be missing and why the person returned it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe its because on open boxes they don't want to transport it due to the damage that might occur. If damage were to occur to the device they wouldn't be able to replace it unless they gave you a new one.
