My 65" P5-F1 does have an issue with muting if I go down one notch, go down another and it kicks off the mute. Not a major glitch, but an issue. I tried all the remote codes for my Xfinity remote and every one of the codes that did work done the same thing. I am sure it's not a tv issue as my original Vizio remote don't do this, but it is an Xfinity issue.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I typically use my TV remote while watching TV. I prefer the TV to the apps that come with the Vizio television. I also use a Vizio soundbar. I am able to change the TV’s volume up and down using the TV remote. Also, I connected the soundbar to the TV with an HDMI cable.
