Hello Stans, the distance between the outer sides of the stand legs is 50.87" and the leg depth is 11.81".

You can subtract maybe half an inch for the inside measure, though I don't see how the inside measurement is useful. You definitely will want at least 51 inches of tabletop space.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can tell you, i had to build a shelf for my P65-F1. You need to allow the full width of the TV. The stand ends about 2 inches short of the edge of the TV on each side. But be sure you have enough depth too. The stand is fully 10 inches deep. I allowed 12 inches for the depth to have a little extra space. It's wide, but seems very stable. Its a very BIG TV so be sure to have a good table to support it.
