“Is there a way to remove the preinstalled apps? Cant figure it out for the life of me”

• Not that I am aware of, but you can organize them along the bottom row so that the ones you do use come up first, so it's not a big issue.

• The applications that are already installed cannot be removed. You can however reorganize the applications to place the more frequently used apps at the beginning of the list.
