“When trying to setup my PS5 to the TV, I am unable to receive a signal from the 120hz 4K porte (HDMI 3 & 4). Can someone advise me as to how to get this to work?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have no idea why but it will ONLY work on ports 1 and 2. I tried everything. You just can’t do 120fps with the PS5 right now. Hopefully either the TV or PS5 gets updated and works properly in the future. I will say I’ve been playing mine on port 2 at 4K 60fps and the experience is exquisite coming from a PS4.
