Is your network connected to the tv properly? Maybe it's a little too slow.. It is fairly bandwidth intensive.. especially the first few times it boots.. then it gets faster... If that all checks out, I'd do a system reset back to factory and check for any updates immediately.. There might have been a fix released for it.
