• No. HDMI Port 1 on this TV is 2.0b. The HDMI 2.0b standard for ARC cannot pass Dolby Atmos. (The optical audio port also cannot pass Dolby Atmos.) The only way to pass Atmos back to an AVR would be if the TV had the newest spec HDMI 2.1 which has eARC (not just ARC which is on HDMI 2.0b). The difference is the bandwidth of the HDMI 2.0b (18gbps) vs HDMI 2.1 (48gbps) standard. There are currently (2/14/18) no TVs or AVRs that have HDMI 2.1 available.
