• you need to buy a TV tuner. That is one drawback with this monitor but while not particularly expansive they may take a hdmi port, they start from like 20$ and up,

• If you use an antenna you would want to look for a external tuner that will connect to your TV thru HDMI or composite cables. This device will then control the scanning and changing of channels.
