First, 75" is the diagonal dimension, not the horizontal width of the screen (which is 65-3/4"). Second, the legs don't go to the outer edge of the screen. Third, the legs are actually 57" apart. They attach on the bottom of the TV approx 54" apart but they flare outward a little bit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The 75" measurement is taken diagonally across the screen. The television dimensions are 65.72" x 40.24" x 13.39" allowing the 54.8" stand width to be wide enough to support the television.
