“Is there an update for this TV. Mine freezes all the time, the remote becomes un responsive, and searches for Wifi. I have gone into the setting and updated what I can, just wondering if there is something else. We end up having to unplug the TV.”

Same here, also check to see if the light is on for your streaming device. Sometimes you have to move it to get it to come back on.
