“What would be the "deal breaker" to just settle for the M series? How's the streaming? Do all the apps load up? Does Voice Control and Apple AirPlay work good? Can the TV be used as a monitor? Thanks in advance!”

the biggest thing for that TV is that it lacks a 120hz refresh screen. Other than that it has all the features you mention above. the response time is good enough if you want to use as a monitor as well
