Hello! Both of these apps currently are in 4K. Some apps will only allow 4K content with an upgraded subscription, so if you're having issues with only some apps, you may want to contact that app for further assistance. Startup times vary based on your network connection speed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it streams in 4k with Dolby Vision HDR. Atmos sound as well if you have a compatible sound system. Smartcast is very snappy on this tv. I also have an older 2017 E series tv, and SmartCast is slow as molasses on that one. Much, much better on this tv.
