I’m replying to the first posted answer, I also spoke to Vizio and was also told all 4 HDMI ports were 2.1.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.2 different answers and I talked to Vizio directly and they had a 3rd answer... they said ALL the ports were HDMI 2.1. This should be one of the simplest, most upfront pieces of information and I am not convinced the VIZIO person really knew or cared about the answer they gave. Is input 1 both eARC AND 2.1? Or only eARC and 3 and 4 are the 2.1's? or are they all 2.1? This is absurd (on VIZIO's part...)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.eARC is in HDMI 1. HDMI 2.1 are ports 3 and 4. I bought mine on the release date, and haven't had any issues. I'm waiting to write a review until I get my hands on an XBOX Series X in November. For now some people have had issues with some compatibility, but they haven't been widespread. My only fluke was having to power cycle after the built in Netflix bugged out. That was right after the day 1 update, and I haven't had any issue since. TV looks great, and has the most bang for your buck as far as future proofed features.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.eARC is HDMI input 3 and is one of 2.1 HDMI ports (3 and 4).
