The Bluetooth connection for the sound bar is a one way connection. The sound bar can receive audio from a device connected via Bluetooth however, it cannot send audio out from the sound bar to a Bluetooth connected device. If you are wanting to connect hearing aids to receive audio via Bluetooth, the hearing aids would need to be connected directly to the TV via Bluetooth. Thanks!
