The port (#5) on the Vizio P65 is for 4K (UHD) content at 60 Hz. It does not provide any of the upscaling functionality that helps with better display of 1080 HD content; use port #1 for your cable box. Your cable box most likely outputs 1080i which is HD, not UHD. Current sources for true 4K are via the USB port (computer downloads) and streaming from some providers such as Amazon Instant Video and Netflix.
