Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You still to connect HDMI CABLE FROM SOUND BAR TO TV AS WELL AS IT IS STILL A POWERED BY AC CONNECT NERE BY ONLY THESE TWO WIRES ARE VISIBLE THERE ARE WAYS WAYS TO HIDE THESE CONNECTIONS HOWEVER YOU WILL NEED SOME HANDYMAN EXPERIENCE.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No sure if it is possible or not but it would not be the recommended method. I used the HDMI-ARC capability of both my Vizio TV and this sound bar to connect via HDMI and have my various HDMI devices connected to the TV. With HDMI-ARC the sound goes from the TV to the sound bar and you control your volume on the TV. The sound bar turns on/off with the TV. Whatever HDMI port on the TV you are using will also play on the sound bar.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You would need to physically connect it. VIZIO Displays and HDTV's do not generally support Bluetooth Audio Out. The Bluetooth on our SmartCast displays is Bluetooth LE which is used for proximity paring with the SmartCast App.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Its far more reliable to use the HDMI-ARC in and out on both the soundbar and tv. bluetooth linking is great for streaming music, but I don't think it's caught up quite yet to do an excellent job at linking your tv and soundbar together. The sound is great and when linked via the hdmi cord you really do get the best sound possible. hope that helps.
