• By pressing the Menu button on the sound bar remote, you can then use the up/down arrow buttons to select various options. • The remote has a surround volume option. You should be able to turn that up, without effecting the volume of the sound bar. Also, you can turn down the volume on the "left/center/right" from the controller as well. In case the Surround speakers are still not loud enough.
