It comes with brackets that mount on the wall with wood screws (not included) and then the speakers hook on to the mount.

The speaker package comes with a metal bracket for each rear speaker. Those screw into the back of the speaker and then they hang on the wall just like a picture. (Wall anchors are not included since it may vary depending in the wall type)

The rear speakers have a threaded hole (M4, I think) for a keyhole screw. That screw fits into a keyhole bracket that attaches to the wall with two long screws. All this hardware is included. However this does not allow any directional adjustment. I found an inexpensive kit that works well for them called VideoSecu MS40B2.
