“Why do my speakers not come on when TV does? The sound Bar comes on, the subwoofer comes on but not the speakers. The speakers are wired using the color codes on them. I can do a speaker test, everything test ok, then the speakers start working.”

I have two of the same systems and one works and the other doesn’t. The answer you got would not make sense to me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not every sound is supposed to come out of the rear speakers. It sounds like they are setup correctly but maybe you are expecting more from the back speakers. When watching TV, you're supposed to hear some of the background sounds and maybe the laugh track/applause from the back speakers, but not the main source of sound.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hmm. Since sound bar and woofer come on, problem may be with speaker Connection. They do have to be placed properly on the left or right sides and won't work if on the wrong side. Maybe try switching sides. All I got.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Is it possible that you don't have the correct setting selected on the remote for the sound bar? There's different setting levels so that may be the cause.
