“I have an iPhone 6 and downloaded the smartcast app on it. However, when I go through the setup device and hold it to the left side of the sound bar as directed, nothing happens and it does not pair. Any ideas?”

I have had the same problem. Been trying for two weeks to get it to connect but no luck whatsoever. Oh well, I love the Vizio 4K TV connected to this sound system.
