• The only inputs are HDMI in and optical in, if your projector has either of these it should work.

• Yes. I installed my projector on the ceiling, ran 30ft HDMI cable to the soundbar. Plugged to the HDMI in Blue Ray player or Amazon Fire stick or any video/audio sources. Sound is impressive. Build in Amp is great. Get this system and you'll be happy.
