I don't see a problem with it. If there's someone you want to impress, don't oversell the size - underestimate and deliver the standard. Thats how i got wifed up.

Yeah it would coz mines a 65 inch and it works perfectly well

Probably, there is no real correlation between the two. This sound bar sounds great, you have to decide if they look good together.

Yes! Before I upgraded to the 45" I was using the 38". Doesn't look bad and the sound is excellent.

It's going to be alot shorter than the TV, but it is one of the few soundbars with satellite speakers as well, so the sound is really good. It was really easy to pair, and the sound sync was dead on. I know other sound bars have problems syncing the sound correctly so it looks like dubbed TV, no problems with this one though.
