“The HDMI ARC setup with my Samsung TV does not turn on the sound bar when the tv is turned on. The tv remote can control volume and turn the sound bar off but will not turn it back on . Is this normal ?”

• It happens to me too and sometimes it does get turned on with the Tv but the sounds(TV speakers & soundbar) are not synched and I have to turn off the sound bar and turn it on again.

• Hi Faizy! I would double check the CEC functions of the display and make sure they are allowing that through. The Sound Bar should turn on through ARC.
