A:AnswerTry re-enabling ECO mode on the sound bar - there appears to be a firmware bug where disabling ECO mode prevents the subwoofer from waking up in some instances.
A:AnswerGuys what I have learned about the sound bar is that a multi channel is better for sound and for clearer hearing. For the price this is a great buy. If you have the money buy a better one. If you do not have the money then this is the one for you. I like this one, but would advice spending the money on a better one. I recommend atom Dolby.
A:AnswerA “lot of bass” I guess could be somewhat subjective however I find that it has great sound and enough bass for me. I’m in to movies and my husband is the music player and he seems very happy with the bass. As a matter fact it’s pretty strong we keep it at right around mid level hope that helps
A:AnswerI use an nvidia shield tv with my sound bar. I think this has to do with your steaming devices or tv. I get 5.1 when the content is 5.1 and 2.1 when the content is not 5.1 automatically. There’s an option on my shield to make all 2.1 into 5.1. I can turn this feature on and off. But for the most part my shield will do it automatically.
A:AnswerI have a PS4 and this soundbar. I have the PS4 connected to my TV and then the audio out of the TV going to the soundbar. You shouldn't have to connect the Xbox directly to the soundbar.
