• I run my Xbox and 65 UHD 4K hi DEF TV straight off of the arc works great

• Connect the Xbox One S to the soundbar through Optical and the HDMI from the soundbar to the TV. This soundbar does not offer 4K Passthrough so that would not be an option for 4K gaming.
