• Yes. You will need the Vizio SmartCast app. I love this sound bar. With the satellite speakers it provides true 5.1 surround sound

• Sorry it doesn't if that's what you want recommend a smart TV for sure. It is a very good sound system in my opinion and not bulky which is a plus!
