“Does this system use the same method of communicating with the sub/rear speakers as the S4251? I have the S4251, and although I like it, I traced it down as being the definite culprit in interfering with my 5ghz WiFi network.”

Thank you. The S4251 definitely interfered with my 5ghz WiFi... with the soundbar off, network throughput tests would show the expected ~300mb/s, but if I turned the soundbar on, throughput would instantly drop drastically (under 50mb/s, sometimes even as low as 6mb/s). This effect was observed repeatedly, over the course of several days. However the good news is that the SB4051-D5, which I did purchase, is NOT showing this issue... I'm not seeing any discernible effect on WiFi throughput (on 5ghz or 2.4ghz) with this new soundbar operating nearby, so all is well. But it's interesting that you state that the communication method is the same with the older system and newer. Perhaps mine was somehow defective and was emitting interference unrelated to the sub/rear link. But in any case, the newly purchased system is working fine and is not interfering with my WiFi.
