Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi - We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the VTech VM5254. Like many electronic devices, a reset may resolve the issue. To reset the baby monitor: Step 1. Unplug the AC power for 1 minute. Step 2. Turn off the parent unit by pressing and holding the POWER button. Step 3. Slide the ON/OFF switch to OFF from the baby unit for 1 minute. Step 4. Press and hold the POWER button on the parent unit and wait until they link back up. Reconnect and test. If the issue still persists, please contact VTech Customer support for further assistance at 1-800-595-9511. We are open from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Mondays through Fridays.
