Mindy - We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the VTech VM5254. Please try to do a complete reset on your unit. Kindly disconnect the power cord from both the parent and baby units. Turn off the parent unit and wait for 1 minute. Reconnect then test your baby monitor to see.
