“The lines on hold don't clear the light when the customer hangs up so I have to clear it by manually answering it and hanging up. Is there a setting I can change to stop that from happening?”

Hi - The hold feature of the VTech CM18445 will not disable even if the person on the other line has ended the call. It can only be disabled by manually turning off the line. Thank you!
