“Can the Auto Attendant be programed to transfer to ring on two phones vs just one individual phone? For example "press 1 for retail" and then that transfers to ring on a desktop and also a handheld unit, and can be answered on either phone?”

Hi - The auto attendant feature of the VTech CM18445 can only ring a transferred call to one extension unit. Thank you, -VTech Support
