“How do I find the number of a message that was left? It says unknown where the callers name should be but i don”t know how to call them back.”

• Hi - The VTech CM18445 will display Unknown instead of the Caller ID information of the caller if the information has been set out of area. The phone will not be able to identify the phone number of the caller since the telephone service provider sent the Unknown information. Thank you, -VTech Support
