“We have a Vtech CM18445 4 Line Business Phone. As of yesterday, the display is showing "COVM Line 1" despite there being no voicemails and the phone's voice mail has been turned off. How do I get rid of that message?”

Hi - Voicemail is different from the built in answering machine on the VTech CM18445. It is a subscription from your telephone service provider. The telephone system will display "COVM LX" when it received a signal from your telephone service provider to notify you that you have a new message recorded.
