• Mel - Here's how you can review the caller ID log on the VTech CM18445. Step 1: Press the Call History button when the phone is not in use. The screen will display XX missed calls. Step 2: Press the CID down button o review the caller ID information. The caller ID entries are stored in reverse chronological order starting with the most recent entry. Thank you, -VTech Support
