“We have the Vtech CM18445 Small business system. A couple weeks ago the answering system suddenly stopped working, and calls are rolled from line one to line two and then to line three, but never answered. I cannot figure out how to fix this.”

JJ - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the VTech CM18445. Your rollover service might be picking up before the answering machine answers the call.
