If you only have 2 lines, it will depend on how the jack is wired, but you will need to have your lines moved from the PBX and distributed among the station pairs for Lines 1 / 2 respectively If you have 3 to 4 lines then no. You will need the CAT 5 jack(s} replaced with 2 CAT 3/4 jacks - 2 pair per jack and again you will need to have your lines moved from the PBX and distributed among the station pairs "will this system work with the plantronics headset and lifter" Not likely but you can try it. If not there is a compatible headset that can be purchased
