“We have a single jack with a rotary phone line thru AT&T. Only one line works, the other 3 lines have no dial tone. How do we set up the system properly?”

• you have to request 3 additional lines to able to have 4 lines and installer have to put it together

• Hello. For all four lines to work on the CM18445 you must subscribe to four lines of service. One jack likely means you only have one line. Contact your telephone provider to find out about adding additional lines. Thank you.
