“I have 4 lines at my office, analog, with rollover, and looking to replace the phones. There is only one input cord to my current phones for the multiple lines. Would the CM18445 be able to use just the one phone cord for the 4 lines?”

No By the sounds of it you've got a phone system. You will need to contact a voice/data contractor to move your lines and rework your jacks. If you're looking to replace it, it can be done but you will need your jacks re-worked and changes will need to be made to move everything away from the system. Depending on how everything is terminated this shouldn't be a big deal.
