“Hi, I have 2, 4 line consoles & 2 phones lines for office. When line 1 is use & line 2 needs to go to vm I can hear Please leave a msg after tone. How can I disable that feature. I cant hear the actual voice msg but I can hear it pick up.”

• On both Console, Main Menu => Line Mode => Line 1 => No Answer. This will disable the answering machine (both Auto-attendant & Mail box). When connecting more than 1 Console to the same telephone lines, it's suggested only enable auto-attendant on one of the Console.
