Toni - We are assuming that voicemail refers to messages recorded on the CM18445 answering system, rather than voicemail service from your provider. The answer to your question is yes, for messages that are saved in the General Mailbox. However, if you set up a Private Mailbox for an extension, only that extension can access those messages. Each extension will display XX NEW MESSAGES in the presence of unheard messages.
